Jerry Griener is retiring as President of the Northwestern Water & Sewer District effective this Friday after more than 37 years of public service. The first and only President of the District introduces his successor, Douglas Stephens, to the Wood County Commissioners and Clint took the opportunity to talk with him afterward.
