Giving Tuesday
November 28, 2023
What is Giving Tuesday? Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. Following in suit to the national movement, the Bowling Green Chamber of Commerce Foundation will provide a platform for some of the local non-profit organizations to talk about their missions and create an awareness of the role they fill in our community.
How does the B.G. Chamber of Commerce Foundation use my donation?
The BGCC Foundation is the organization who raises the funds necessary to continue the tradition of the Annual Holiday Parade and the BG Boom Festival and Fireworks. They also provide the Blood Analysis program for the community to receive a comprehensive blood analysis at a well discounted cost. In addition, this organization provides two scholarships to students pursuing higher education. This is the Foundation’s contribution to the community to add to the quality of life in Bowling Green.
