What a remarkable year it’s been for the The Ohio State University Extension -Wood County 4-H program! Clint looks back at past successes and forward to new opportunities this morning with Jenny Morlock, Sara Foos and Amy Michaels. From celebrating 50 years at Camp Palmer to 7 Clock Trophy and 29 Outstanding of the Day award winners at this year’s Ohio State Fair, and 24,250 milkshakes sold at the Fair and Tractor Pulls, it was a year for the record books!

Stan Korducki, President /CEO – Wood County Hospital

Clint chats with support programs in Wood County sharing news that cuts to Medicaid and Medicare would negatively impact abilities to serve some of the neediest citizens in Wood County. Rural hospitals face a perfect storm under the new law. They’re heavily dependent on Medicaid revenue and serve as the economic backbone of their communities. Kadie Hempfling, Assistant Coach – BGSU Women’s Basketball

One of the top players in Bowling Green State University women’s basketball history returned to BG in August of 2025, as head coach Fred Chmiel announced the addition of Kadie Hempfling to his staff. Hempfling joined the Falcons as an assistant coach after spending the 2024-25 season on the staff at Ohio Northern University. A native of Ottawa, Ohio, she enjoyed a stellar five-year playing career for the Falcons. Listen to Clint’s interview here.
