Now entering her 20th year at BGSU, Turner transitioned into student-athlete services as an Assistant AD in July 2024 after serving as the head gymnastics coach at Bowling Green for 17 seasons. Zach Migura, Exec. Dir. – Wood County Veterans Service Office
Zach Migura, Executive Director of the Wood County Veterans Service Office, shared his quarterly report to the Wood County Commissioners Thursday. Clint talked with him afterward, to learn about the over $800,000 in VA benefits that have been awarded this calendar year to our Wood County veterans, plus they talked about social support and the office’s plans for the Wood County Fair.

Wood County Health Department (WCHD) is investigating an increase in confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis, an intestinal illness caused by a parasite called Cyclospora cayetanensis. Clint chats with Wood County Health Department Assistant Director of Health Promotion and Prevention, Tyler Briggs, who told us typically they would see 2 cases of Cyclosporiasis a year, quite an increase this year.
