Kyle Hallock – BGSU Baseball coach
BGSU Baseball coach Kyle Hallock called the show Wednesday morning to talk about the 3 game schedule they’ve been playing and how he hopes it will help them be better prepared for the regular season next spring.

Rachel Aeschliman and Katlin Medjesky – Interim Health Commissioner and Community Outreach Coordinator at the Wood County Health Department
The Wood County Health Department is continuing to monitor and provide guidance to the community following the confirmed measles case announced on September 29, 2026.
We talked on Tuesday morning’s show with Rachel Aeschliman, interim health commissioner, and Katlin Medjesky who told us at this time, there remains one confirmed case of measles in Wood County, and no additional cases have been identified.

This Tuesday morning’s visit with BGSU Hockey coach Dennis Williams, Clint recapped this last weekend’s series with the Michigan Wolverines, took a look at the first real road trip of the season this coming weekend with a trip to the “Ice Breaker” Tournament in Connecticut and even talked “fashion” when the jerseys came up for discussion.

Ellen Dalton – League of Women Voters
Ellen Dalton from the League of Women Voters of Bowling Green, OH called the show Friday morning to remind voters of the “Face2Face” candidates forum happening this Sunday in Perrysburg.
The League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area and the League of Women Voters of Bowling Green will co-host a Candidate Round Table on Sunday, October 4, at 2:00 p.m. at the Perrysburg Heights Community Center in Perrysburg, Ohio.
This community event offers voters across Northwest Ohio the opportunity to meet candidates in person and ask questions about issues affecting their communities. Invited candidates include those running for: U.S. Congressional Districts 5 and 9; Ohio House Districts 44 and 75; Court of Appeals Judge District 6; Wood County Common Pleas Judge; Wood County Probate Judge; Wood County Commissioner; and Wood County Auditor.
“An informed electorate is essential to a healthy democracy,” said Starr Wlodarski, event moderator and President of the League of Women Voters of the Perrysburg Area. “This event gives voters an opportunity to hear directly from the candidates themselves.”
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization dedicated to encouraging informed and active participation in government, increasing understanding of major public policy issues, and influencing public policy through education and advocacy. The League provides a forum for all political candidates. The Edwin H. Simmons Creative Minds Series presents Shaina Taub, a two-time Tony Award winner, Obie Award winner, and Grammy and Emmy Award nominee. She will discuss Theater as a Tool for Social Change.

This may be the 104th Homecoming celebration for Bowling Green State University but we’ll also be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the BGSU Alumni Band!
Jeff Burkett is a member of the BGSU band alumni board and this morning he was joined by two of the original organizers of the Alumni Band, Wendy and Thom Headley and boy did they have some stories to share!
